1. Who we are
This website, pretty-af.com, is operated by Karina Todorova, self-employed (autónomo), NIF Y1692063J, with its address at C/Cortijo de las Aguzaderas, 2.4.22, La Linea de la Concepcion, 11316, Cadiz, Spain ("PrettyAF", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@pretty-af.com.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on pretty-af.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

3. Products and authenticity
Every product we sell is 100% authentic, brand new, and comes with its original tags. Products are sourced from authorised European distributors and shipped directly from their warehouses. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can vary slightly between screens.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices don't include import duties or taxes for deliveries outside the EU (see our Shipping policy). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Our stock is held by partner warehouses and can sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full within 14 days. We may also cancel an order if the price shown was an obvious error or the order appears fraudulent; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

6. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and customs information are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to you or to a person you name.

7. Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us at hello@pretty-af.com with a clear statement of your decision, for example using the model form below. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return shipping costs are paid by you. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Model withdrawal form:
"To PrettyAF, C/Cortijo de las Aguzaderas, 2.4.22, La Linea de la Concepcion, 11316, Cadiz, Spain, hello@pretty-af.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."

8. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish law, this lasts 3 years from delivery. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

9. Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for indirect or business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Intellectual property
All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PrettyAF is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands it sells. Website content (text, design, our own images) belongs to PrettyAF and may not be copied without permission.

11. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, email us first at hello@pretty-af.com and we'll try to resolve it within 14 days.
