Shipping policy

Every order ships from our partner warehouses in the European Union. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days) and sent by DHL, FedEx or UPS with full tracking. Each piece arrives brand new, with its original brand tags and packaging.

Delivery times and costs
Spain: free standard delivery, 2–5 working days. Express available at checkout, 1–3 working days.
European Union: free standard delivery, 3–5 working days. Express available at checkout, 1–3 working days.
United States: free standard delivery, 5–8 working days. Express available at checkout, 3–4 working days.
International (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Israel): €19.99, 5–8 working days.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. The exact express price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders with multiple items
Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive tracking for each parcel. There's no extra charge for this.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered within the EU: prices include VAT and there are no customs charges.
Orders delivered outside the EU: your order ships from the EU, so import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country's customs authority on delivery. These are set by your government, not by us, and are paid by the recipient. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, we'll refund the item price minus the original and return shipping costs.

Delivery problems
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at hello@pretty-af.com and we'll sort it out with the courier.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs are paid by you.
